Well done to Jasinta, Ella, Caleb, Māia, and Reggae for their fantastic effort speaking at the Draft Annual Plan Meeting today in the Council Chambers. A few weeks ago, the Rowling writing group wrote in to the City Council about the safety around the school and proposed that the speed limits get reduced. Following this, students were invited to speak at the Draft Annual Plan Meeting in front of the Mayor and the rest of the Councillors. They should be very proud of what they did, and let's hope that their voices were heard!

Fantastic effort! It is great that our Kererū students are taking such an interest in the community and trying to improve road safety. Well done.
